Vance Stevens will start a Google+ Hangout and host a discussion of how Google Hangouts can be recorded, hopefully doing just that in the process.  This should eventually become a standard option with Google Hangouts, but unfortunately live stream AIR shows are not available to everyone yet. Therefore we'll try some of the other tools available to make a recording of the proceedings.  Some of these tools are listed at this Scoop.it
